Manyo-no-mori


Inami-cho is located in the center of Inamino Plain whichhas been celebrated in the poems in Manyo-shu, the oldest anthology inJapan. Manyo-no-mori is a Japanese garden which symbolizes Inamino Plainand the Seto Inland Sea. There are many stone monuments with poems on themfrom Man-yo-shu. There are about 150 kinds of typical Japanese flowersand plants in the garden. It also has the building called Ikoino-yakatawhere the whole garden can be enjoyed and the garden makes you peaceful.Neayby there are Local Museum, and Man-yo Store where Inami-cho's specialitiesare sold.
